A civil marriage ceremony, either at our Municipal Offices or at the location of your choosing, is $538.93. This fee must be made at the time of your booking. The Town also offers a reduced package fee of $664.69 for any couple that wishes to obtain their marriage licence and hold a civil marriage ceremony.
The Town also offers renewal of vows celebration package for a fee of $538.93.
Official witnesses can also be provided for your ceremony at a fee of $69.46 per witness.
The Town of Newmarket now provides a videotaping of your ceremony or celebration at a static view for $29.95. This must be requested prior to the ceremony.

Changes and Cancellations:
A fee of $35.93 will apply to any changes to your date within seven days of the ceremony. The date change is also subject to availability. Any cancellation prior to the consultation will result in a fee of $69.73. A cancellation of the ceremony any time after the consultation will result in a $205.99 non-refundable fee. Cancellations on the day of your ceremony will result in no refund of any fees paid.
