The transformation of Davis Drive and Yonge Street has begun. To date, the following has been completed:

Multiple residential and office developments are in process, have been approved, or are already under construction.
Viva rapidway along Davis Drive is complete.
Work has begun on the Yonge Street Viva rapidway.
CreateIT Now innovation centre has been established at Southlake Regional Health Centre.

The Secondary Plan envisions intensified Yonge Street and Davis Drive Corridors:

Davis Drive - East
