not offer advertising opportunities to for-profit businesses. We recommend you reach out to the Central York Chamber of Commerce. They’re an excellent resource to help guide businesses where best to locally advertise and promote within the community.

The LCD screens within Town facilities and outdoor facility marquees are free to registered charities, not for profit, non-profit organizations or for messaging your organization’s fundraising/charitable activity only.
Town of Newmarket Facility Internal LCD Screens and External Facility Marquee Signs (electronic signs) Promotion
Promotion is available at no cost for charities, not-for-profits and non-profits
only to help build awareness and promote your fundraising or charitable initiative within our Town of Newmarket facilities. We do not offer paid promotional opportunities on these screens. Promotions can run on the screens for a total of 6 weeks. Please submit your request with final artwork a minimum of 5 business days PRIOR to your promotion date. Submit your request and creative to [email protected] with LCD Screens and your company / organization name in the subject line. You will get an email confirmation from one of our marketing colleagues to confirm your request.
Events submitted/posted on the LCD/External Facility Marquee Signs (electronic signs) must:
- Have a clear connection to the Town of Newmarket and the community.
- A non-profit or not-for-profit community based event.
- Be submitted no less than 10 business days prior to the date of the event to ensure posting on the signage.
The Town of Newmarket will not allow the following type of events to be submitted through the Community Signage:
- Announcements/events that promote a commercial interest or commercial cause.
- Political and/or partisan based events from non-elected officials.
- No solicitations.
